How to Log In to Your 877jili Account
Logging in to 877jili is straightforward. Enter the email address or Philippine mobile number you registered with, followed by your password. If you have OTP login enabled, you can choose to receive a one-time password on your mobile instead of entering your password manually — useful if you are on a shared device or if you cannot remember your current password.
The login page works on any device — desktop, laptop, Android phone, or iPhone. There is no separate app to install. Open your browser, go to 877jili.vu, and your account is accessible the same way on every device.
First time logging in after registering? Make sure you have verified your email or mobile number via the link or OTP sent during registration. Unverified accounts may not have full access until verification is completed.
Keeping Your Account Secure
Your 877jili account holds your PHP balance and personal information, so it is worth taking a few steps to make sure it stays secure. Here are the basics every player should have in place.
What to Do If You Cannot Log In
There are a few common reasons why login might not work, and most of them are easy to sort out:
- Wrong email or mobile number: Double-check that you are using the exact email or Philippine mobile number you registered with. If you used a Gmail address, check you are not accidentally typing a different variant.
- Forgotten password: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered account email and a description of the issue. The team can guide you through the recovery process after identity verification.
- Account not yet verified: If you did not complete email or mobile verification at registration, your account may have limited access. Check your inbox or SMS for the verification message and follow the instructions.
- Account suspended or under review: If your account has been suspended due to a Terms and Conditions issue, you will usually receive a notification email. Contact support for details and next steps.

Logging In on Mobile
877jili is fully optimised for mobile browsers. Whether you are in Manila, Cebu, or Davao, you can log in directly from your phone's browser — Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, or any standard mobile browser. The platform adjusts to your screen size automatically, so the login form, game lobby, and account dashboard all display correctly on smaller screens.
There is no dedicated 877jili app to install — the mobile browser experience is designed to feel just as smooth and responsive as a native app, without taking up storage on your device.
Your Account After Login
Once you are logged in, your account dashboard is the central hub for everything on 877jili. From there you can check your PHP balance, navigate to the games you want to play, review your transaction history, access the current promotions available to your account, and manage your responsible gaming settings such as deposit limits and session reminders.
If you are a new player who has not yet made a first deposit, the deposit section will walk you through funding your account in PHP using GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank transfer. All of this is accessible from the same dashboard you land on after login.
